General Vendor information

Beginning Thursday September 19th, vendors can reach Festival staff by calling or texting 262-219-5092. Please refer to the festival brochure that was included with your permit or the website for more festival details.

FRIDAY

NEW Friday setup available for Turner and Mill St (6pm-9pm)

  • ONLY Mill Street and Turner Street will be closed.

  • Enter across barricades onto Turner or Mill from HANOVER AVENUE ONLY!

  • Please know your street location and booth assignment before arriving

  • EXIT ON TO WASHINGTON AVE. This is the reverse of the Saturday morning procedure. Saturday morning load-in is through COLUMBIA RD ONLY!

  • Please be courteous and follow standard unloading procedures: unload your vehicle, go park on surrounding streets or public lots, THEN begin setup.

  • There is NO public parking overnight. If you plan to park in the US Bank lot, you MUST pre-purchase your parking pass.

  • Vendor booth permits must be filled out completely and prominently displayed in your tent

saturday

10am - 6pm, Mainstage open until 9pm

  • Vendor load-in begins 7am

  • Cedar Creek Park vendors can load-in at 6am

  • Hard close to Washington Ave access at 9am

  • Vendors should be ready by 9:45 am

  • Load-out procedure is same as load-in and will begin as soon as the CPD clears the streets, approx. 6:15pm. You will enter on Columbia Ave ONLY.

The following booths are take-down booths and need to be removed Saturday night and set up again on Sunday morning

  • Odd (101-199) booths on the east side of Washington Ave and the north side of Columbia Ave

  • Even (300-396) booths on the west side of Washington Ave and the south side of Columbia Ave

  • All other Washington Ave booths must be moved back approximately 2ft into the parking lane

Sunday

10am - 5pm

  • Vendor load-in begins 7am

  • Hard close to Washington Ave access at 9am

  • Vendors should be ready by 9:45 am

  • Load-out procedure is same as load-in and will begin as soon as the CPD clears the streets, approx. 5:15pm. You will enter on Columbia Ave ONLY.

Please tear-down, pack your booth and exit the footprint ASAP as a courtesy to city workers, the police department, festival volunteers, and staff who cannot leave until the road opens

    • Fine artists and are mainly managed by Cedarburg Art Museum, Cedarburg Cultural Center and Cedar Creek Settlement Merchants Association.

    • Festival sponsors, non-profit groups and local Cedarburg merchants. 

  • Turner Street Artisan Marketplace

    • North of Columbia Ave​

    • Handcrafted items such as candles, soaps, jewelry, spice mixes, food artisans, etc.

    • These booths stay up overnight

  • Mill Street Marketplace​

    • South of Columbia Ave​

    • Imported goods, wholesale, non-custom made items, direct sales, CBD, etc.

    • These booths stay up overnight

  • Harvest Alley (Columbia Ave)​

    • These booths are take-down on Saturday night. You will have to set up again on Sunday morning starting at 7am, ready by 10am​

  • Cedar Creek Park Marketplace (Portland Ave)​

    • Cedar Creek Park is a highly sought after satellite locations geared towards families, children and those wanting a festival experience without being in the crowds​

    • The park hosts kids activities, vendors, live music, plenty of food and drink and restrooms

    • These booths stay up overnight

Parking

parking is very limited

There is free street parking with restrictions lifted during the festival weekend.

expectations

Please practice patience and understanding with everyone at this fun art and community festival. During set-up, the days of the event, and take-down, vendors are expected to behave respectfully toward all event staff, volunteers, their fellow vendors, and festival guests. If any vendor is observed to be disrespectful, Festivals of Cedarburg reserves the right to refuse participation in subsequent events. It is MANDATORY that each participant read and sign the Festivals of Cedarburg Code of Conduct in order to participate.

Security

Security is not specifically provided overnight. However, the Cedarburg Police Department patrols the festival grounds overnight. For this reason, it is imperative that artists display their COMPLETED vendor permit in their booth in case of an overnight emergency. Festivals of Cedarburg and its partner groups are not liable for vendor’s items or property. 

pets

Per City of Cedarburg ordinance 7-14-1, Festivals Celebration Permit: Prohibition of Animals, pets are NOT allowed in the festival grounds or Cedar Creek park for special events. Non-service animals will be asked to leave the event.

refunds

The accepted vendor or vendor representative must be present both days of the festival and personally manage her or his booth. VENDORS CANNOT START PACKING UP BEFORE 6PM ON SATURDAY OR 5PM ON SUNDAY.

Once a vendor has accepted, no application or booth fee refunds will be granted for vendors who withdraw from the show. The event will be held rain or shine. In case of severe inclement weather, no refunds will be given.

Booths

  • Single booth spaces are 10’ x 10’, double booth spaces are 10’ x 20, triple are 10’x30’. 

  • Tents larger than your selected booth area are not permitted.   

  • All booth spaces are on blacktop/cement unless otherwise indicated. 

  • All booths must be weighed down with a minimum 50lb weight per side. Vendors must supply their own weights (sandbags or water weights, not pole circular weights). Tent stakes will not work for booths as they are located on cement. FOC is not responsible for damaged or blown over tents.

  • Electricity is NOT available

  • Vendors must supply all of their own tents, tent walls, chairs, tables, etc. 

  • No sharing of booth spaces is permitted

  • Booth permits are required to be posted and visible at all times in booth.
