8:00 am – 2:00 pm:  BMO HARRIS BANK ICE SCULPTURE CONTEST – along Washington Avenue.  Pre-registration required.  Check-in at Community Center.  Judging starts at 2pm.  

 

9:00 am – 3:00 pm:  32ND ANNUAL LION'S ICEBURG GOLF OPEN - sponsored by the Cedarburg Lion’s Club in Cedar Creek Park. Registration and lunch at American Legion Hall on Hilbert and Portland.  $40/person includes lunch.  Click here for registration information.

 

9:30 am - 4:00 pm:  WINTER BOOK SALE at the Cedarburg Public Library Community Room.  Adult fiction and children's literature.  All books $2 or less.  Sponsored by Cedarburg Friends of the Library.  Starts Friday, February 16 from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm.

 

10:00 am – 4:00 pm: CAMEL RIDES AND PETTING ZOO at Community Center Parking Lot.  Brought to you by Jo-Don Farms. $5/ride, petting zoo free.   
Jo-Don Farms is a member of the Zoological Association of America and the Wisconsin Zoo Associates and is licensed as an exhibitor and handler through the USDA, all fostering the safe and proper treatment of animals.

 

10:00 am – 4:00 pm:  CEDARBURG HISTORY MUSEUM at Portland and Columbia Road.  Stop by to purchase Cedarburg-themed merchandise or visit the current exhibit.  Travel back in time with the interactive touch screen, local collections and historic photos. 

 

10:00 am - 4:00 pm:  SLEDDING at Stephen Fischer Park, snow conditions permitting.  Family skating on Mill Pond.  Ice conditions permitting.  Bring your own skates.

                                     

10:00 am – 4:00 pm:  SHOPS AT CEDAR CREEK SETTLEMENT - Complimentary wine samplings and hot mulled wine at the Cedar Creek Winery; Settlement tote bag giveaway (one per family);  12:00 pm - 4:00 pm the Anvil Pub & Grille will feature their outdoor snow bar and chili bar.  Visit the 25 shops for a unique shopping experience, merchant activities, discount coupons and giveaway items.  Drawing for a Gift Basket.

10:00 am – 4:00 pm:  MAKE ‘N TAKE CRAFTS organized and sponsored by Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts. Warm-up at the Coffee, Cocoa and Sweet Bar in the Community Center.

 

10:00 am – 4:00 pm:  UPSTAIRS MARKETPLACE – Community Center.  Check out the fun stuff for sale in the marketplace.  Breads, clothing, dips, soaps, lotions, accessories, mittens, snacks, skin care and so much more.

 

10:00 am – 4:00 pm:  SPUDMOBILE located in front of the Community Center on Washington Avenue.  Enjoy the eye-popping interactive exhibit developed by the Wisconsin Potato & Vegetable Growers Association.  Weather dependent.  

 

11:00 am – 1:00 pm:  INDIVIDUAL CHILI CONTEST - Join us at the Community Center as “celebrity” judges award prizes to the best chili cooks in the area.  Pick up a free raffle ticket at the door for your chance to win door prizes generously donated by area businesses.  For more info about sign up, click here.

 

11:00 am – 4:00 pm:  FESTIVAL FOOD BOOTH featuring Chili, Hot Dogs, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Refreshments and more available at Community Center.  Benefits Winter Festival.

11:00 am – 4:00 pm:  EASY CHEESY GRILLED CHEESE BOOTH featuring Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Tomato Soup available at Community Center.  Benefits Winter Festival.

 

11:00 am – 4:00 pm:  RESTAURANT CHILI CONTEST – Festival Food Booth in the Community Center.  Purchase a CHILI SAMPLER PLATE ($3) representing participating local restaurants. Vote for the Best Chili in a blind taste test (while supplies last). 

 

1:00 pm – 1:30 pm:  WINTER FESTIVAL GRAND PARADE - Watch as the PARADE OF BEDS march along Washington Ave. Follow the excitement to Costumed Bed Races at Mill Pond.  Parade Route: Weil Pump Parking lot on Western and Hanover.  Go east on Western, then north on Washington Ave., east on Bridge St. to Boy Scout Park.  The parade is sponsored by The Washington House InnClick here for registration.

 

1:30 pm – 2:00 pm:  COSTUMED BED RACES - Come watch the hilarious fun as costumed teams vie for the prize. Prize money to best costumed and top three speed winners.  Can register day of event for $15/team of 5 if space is available.  In case of thaw, bed races are run on Riveredge Dr.   Click here for registration.

 

1:30 pm – 5:00 pm:  COOL NOTES MUSICAL TALENT COMPETITION showcasing musical talent from local communities.  Sponsored by the Festivals of Cedarburg and the Cedarburg Cultural Center. Celebrity judges will select the most talented musician/vocalist.  1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.  Cash prizes.  $10 Entry fee.  Located at the Cedarburg Cultural Center.  Click here for registration information.

 

2:00 pm:  BARREL RACES at Mill Pond. Organized & sponsored by the Shops of Cedar Creek Settlement.  Sign up on site, day of event.  In case of thaw, barrel races will be cancelled. 

 

 

Saturday Evening

 

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm:   “COOL BREWS AND TUNES” (Adults only)  - Cedarburg Community Center at W63 N641 Washington Avenue.  Festivals of Cedarburg, has planned a fun evening out for adults—fun and games with a mock casino, a sampling of appetizers from the area's finest restaurants, a beer tasting featuring a selection of crafts and imports as well as wine from Cedar Creek Winery.  Food Sampling, Beer Tasting.  Discounted tickets $28/person.  $30/person at the door.  Tickets available for purchase online.  Tickets for the Cool Brew & Tunes will also be on sale Saturday at the Community Center from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, then at the door starting at 7:00 pm for $30/person (Cash only).  Event ends at 9:00 pm.  Must be at least 21 to attend the Cool Brew & Tunes.  Dress as your favorite National Lampoon Vacation Movies character to be eligible to win a prize.  Also, there will be Raffle prizes and a chance to win $500!!

8:00 am – 11:30 am:   PANCAKE BREAKFAST at Community Center benefitting the CHS Robotics Team.  Dress as a favorite National Lampoon Vacation Movie Character to join in the fun.  Vehicle display, photos, kid's activities, Egg Hunt, entertainment & more.  All you can eat pancakes includes two sausages, applesauce, milk, juice and coffee.  $6 Adult; $4 Children 4-10 yrs; Free 3 yrs & younger.  Fun toppings bar is extra.

9:30 am - 10:30 am:  ENTERTAINMENT BY TRINITY IRISH DANCERS AND THE CEDARBURG POMS perform in the Community Center. 

 

10:30 am:  EGG HUNT on City Hall Grounds. For kids under 7.  Candy donated by Ashley's Confectionery.  No sign up just show up.  Bring your own basket or bag.

 

11:00 am – 11:30 am:  ELEMENTASTIC SCIENCE LLC  in Community Center. 

Lean back and experience an exciting and action packed science show.  FREE fun for the whole family!
