Wine & Harvest Festival Artist Applications

Thank you for considering to apply to the Cedarburg Strawberry Festival.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO ASSIST YOU IN APPLYING

"Art on the Avenue" highlights over 250 of the best artists who bring their combined perspectives, skills, and thousands of works of arts — including paintings, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, fiber art, fine glass, woodwork, mixed media, and photography to downtown Historic Cedarburg during Wine & Harvest Festival. Brought together by the five local non-profit organizations listed below, these juried arts and crafts fairs look for one-of-a-kind, handmade, works of art from functional to surreal, witty to the elegantly decorative.  If you are an Artist interested in selling your handmade products or artwork at Wine & Harvest Festival please consider applying to one of the non-profit organizations listed below.

These juried arts and crafts fairs are open to all artisans 18 years and over who exhibit work of original concept, design and execution. We pride ourselves on securing exhibitors who provide unique handcrafted and collectible items.  Absolutely no manufactured items.  If you are found to have manufactured items, you will immediately be asked to pack up and leave the festival.

None of the organizations listed below accept commercial kits, molds, unfinished wood cut-outs, manufactured items, or imports on Washington Avenue (the main street).   All items exhibited at the arts and crafts fairs must be handcrafted and will be juried.  Anyone not selling the products represented with their applications will be asked to immediately leave the festival grounds.

Food, packaged food products, pet foods and soap, bath and lotion makers need to go to vendor page and apply as an AG vendor.  No food or beverages may be sold by any artist.

JURY PROCESS: Each group below has a jury committee that will review all entries to determine appropriateness, artistic merit, and adherence to rules.  Each festival is juried independently and only entries for the festival in question will be evaluated.

NOTE: Application submission, payment of nonrefundable jury fee, and submission of booth fee do not guarantee a vendor booth.  Having a booth at a past festival does not guarantee you a booth at a future festival, nor does it guarantee the same booth space from festival to festival. The only valid confirmation of a booth space will be the written acceptance and contract from one of the group below. Guarantees or confirmations delivered by individuals and/or in any other form of communication at any point in the jury process are not valid and will not be considered.
